Shane Rayman and Conner Harris present on the topic of “Property Rights in a State of Emergency” at the Ontario Expropriation Association’s Spring Conference on June 17, 2020. The Conference proceeds online via WebEx and features experts speaking about the impact that COVID-19 has had on the expropriation world.
