Leisa MacIntosh
Leisa MacIntosh is a senior litigation lawyer at Rayman Harris LLP with more than 25 years of experience in complex commercial, insurance, and property disputes.
Her practice focuses on high-exposure matters where valuation, expert evidence, and damages methodology are central to the outcome. She acts for property owners, business operators, and institutional clients across expropriation, municipal law, professional liability, and commercial litigation, bringing particular depth to cases where financial analysis, regulatory frameworks, and competing expert opinions determine results.
Leisa has extensive experience managing multi-party litigation and representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and judicial settlement conferences. Her approach is grounded in early issue identification, rigorous preparation, and a clear-eyed assessment of the economic realities of a claim.
She is recognized by her peers in Best Lawyers and Lexpert as a leading practitioner in insurance law.
Called to the bar in 2001, Leisa has completed studies at the University of King’s College, Dalhousie University, the University of New Brunswick, the Sorbonne, the University of Queensland, and London Business School.
