Conner Harris and Brynn Leger successful in appeal before Divisional Court

Justice Kiteley of the Divisional Court dismissed an appeal of a Small Claims Court decision which found professional negligence on the part of a former lawyer of Rayman Beitchman’s client. Acting as pro bono counsel on the appeal, Conner Harris and Brynn Leger argued successfully to uphold the decision which found the appellant negligent and also obtained an award of costs in the matter.
